It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to this New Website of HEC.
In today's world, "website" is the first gateway to an organization.
For a long time, HEC did not have a well designed and user friendly website and I am very happy to
note that looking into need of the hour, a newly designed website has been put in place. Congrats
to all the team for achieving this!!
It is a matter of pride that our company has performed exceedingly well for the last three consecutive
years registering the highest sale of Rs.454 cr. In 2008-09, compared to Rs.159 cr. In the year 2004-05.
The net profits has also touched an all time high of Rs. 18.37 cr.
It is also a matter of great pride for all of us that HEC was recently bestowed with SCOPE Award for
Excellence and Outstanding Contribution to the Public Sector Management - Special Institutional
(Turnaround) Category 2007-08. This award was presented to the company by Dr. Manmohan Singh, Hon'ble
Prime Minister of India on 15th October 2009 at New Delhi.
The transformation of this gigantic organization has been possible only through the hard work and dedicated
commitment of each and every employee of the Corporation.
Therefore through this website I would like to acknowledge the contribution of each one of you who are
directly or indirectly connected to the company for this achievement. A big congratulation to each one of you !!!
The need of the hour is re-dedicating ourselves to the growth of the organization and telling the whole
world that HEC has survived ! HEC is here to stay!! HEC will be the leader!!!
I have tremendous confidence in the complete HEC team and I am sure all of us together will achieve the
common goal of "GROWTH & PROSPERITY".
To all our customers & stakeholders, I would like to convey our thanks for all your support and would
